SELECTING YOUR SIZE
-Purchase a pillow cover based on the size insert you are using. For example, if you are purchasing a cover for an 18x18 insert, purchase a 18 x18 cover, 20x20, a 20x20 cover and so on. Pillow Covers are made slightly smaller than the size indicated to ensure a good fit. (i.e. an 18x18 pillow cover will measure approximately 17x17)
-20x20 covers are sewn at 19x19. Otherwise, the fabric will hang on the cover and look sloppy. This is to insure the best look-full overstuffed and cozy as pictured in all my listings

-For the back, I use the same material on all my pillow covers. It is a cream white linen. Linen is one of the strongest and most durable natural fibers. It has a natural slub variation in the fiber, giving the fabric a classic textured look.

Due to the nature of handmade work, returns and exchanges are not possible. Please make sure to view all photos, read product descriptions, check dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are encouraged to reach out to us via Etsy convo for additional questions and/or photos of items to assist in making the purchase. Video demo is also available for assistance in making a purchase.
If a refund and/or return is granted upon further review of the unique circumstances. All return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Those funds are allocated for paying the United States Postal Service and we do not get a refund back for items that have already been shipped.
Forced Returns will not be accepted. Should a Return be granted, it will only be done so through the proper channels of using the Etsy Conversation system. Any packages sent back without a Return Agreement in place will be unopened and a Return to Sender will occur. Communication with us is key!If you need to send a Item back you have 30 day to do so!
